He is knowledgeable about the market, honest, hard working in terms of open homes and ran a positive marketing campaign. He did not overpromise and our sale wrestle was in line with expectations. He worked well with our tenant and was respectful of their rights around open homes and visitations. He worked well with several potential buyers and we always knew where each of their respective bids and conditions lay.
