Daemon was an excellent agent to work with. From first contact we felt confident that he would do his best for us. We never felt pressure into doing anything we didn't want to, and were given time and space to make decisions. He knows the market very well in South Auckland and was able to give us a realistic assessment of the kind of buyers we would likely have interested and how they would approach the auction. Daemon was always available to discuss matters giving pros and cons for each scenario.
