We had never sold a house before. Working alongside Daemon, we were able to communicate clearly with all of our concerns, preferences and expectations, he took them onboard, altering everything to fit what we wanted. He made this experience stress free for us. He was efficient, professional yet he was able to connect with us on a personal level. He recommended different pathways we could take explaining everything throughly. We were also given list of solicitors we could use through Daemon, making it easier for us to get the whole legal side of everything sorted. Although selling our family home had a lot of sentimental value to us, we were able to get the best outcome in such a short time and for that we deeply appreciate all the hard work, effort and time he dedicated when selling our home. We engaged Jay & Co to sell our home, and overall it was a great experience. The market was very tough, and while we didn’t achieve the price we had originally hoped for, Jay worked hard to maximise our return through skilled negotiation with all parties. Communication throughout was clear and structured, with regular updates that kept us informed at every stage. That consistency made the process much less stressful than it could have been. The one thing we would have preferred differently was not going to auction initially. In hindsight, we feel another approach may have suited our situation better. That said, Jay still delivered a solid result under challenging conditions, and we appreciated his professionalism and effort. We’d recommend Jay for his negotiation skills, clear communication, and commitment to getting the best possible outcome.

Jays communication style is caring , knowledgeable, concise , thorough and friendly. One of Jays strongest attributes for us, was the explaining of any situation with examples eg the contract when signing up, the example given for each part of the contract made it clear to understand.
