My brother and I found ourselves having to find an agent to sell Mum’s house when she suddenly moved into residential care. Bianca came highly recommended from a friend of ours and proved to be a great choice. Right from our very first meeting, we were very happy with the way Bianca managed the marketing of the house and guided and supported us through the process. She is extremely efficient and got the house on the market very quickly. She organised stunning photos, making the most of the house’s lovely period features. At all times, Bianca was warmly respectful of Mum’s long history with the house and Mum was thrilled with how it was presented. Despite the disruptions of Christmas and overseas travel commitments, Bianca kept us closely informed and was always very quick to respond to any questions. She was warm and reassuring throughout and we are delighted with the successful outcome.

I was extremely impressed with Rupert! I’m certain estate sales are not always the most straight forward for an agent to manage, they can be quite complex at times.
