She also has an excellent market knowledge, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. The second sale was a challenging one, but she handled it so well—thinking outside the box and staying persistent until everything came together. When my sister (Barbara) passed, we needed to get her affairs in order, one them being selling her home. We contacted Ray & Linda to give us a free appraisal. After reviewing this, we decided to sell the house with them. That was the best decision we made. Their knowledge of the market was second to none! After each open home, we were contacted that evening with what the perspective buyers thought of the house and price range they thought it was. They would also email the report to us as well.
