Ryan's was such a wonderful agent to work with on the sale of our late parents property. He was sympathetic to our circumstances but also exuded boundless enthusiasm, energy and encouragement. He knew exactly what we needed to do and what wasn't worth doing to achieve the best price and fastest sale for our property. Taking heed of his advice certainly paid off as the property sold before the auction date, only 9 days after it was listed. What made this feat even more remarkable was that the house had previously been on the market with another company for several months with virtually no interest. Ryans communication was exceptional and we knew exactly what was happening and when. He explained things calmly and clearly and confidently answered every question we had. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent. He made the whole process so easy and stress-free, and really went to bat for us to get top dollar for our home. Nothing was ever an issue — he worked around our baby’s sleep schedule and kept viewings to just two per week, getting as many buyers through as possible each time, which was such a help for us. We’d had our house listed with another agency last year and the difference was night and day. That experience felt hard and stressful, but this time everything felt comfortable, natural, and effortless. It genuinely felt like he had our best interests at heart.
