Ryan's was such a wonderful agent to work with on the sale of our late parents property. He was sympathetic to our circumstances but also exuded boundless enthusiasm, energy and encouragement. He knew exactly what we needed to do and what wasn't worth doing to achieve the best price and fastest sale for our property. Taking heed of his advice certainly paid off as the property sold before the auction date, only 9 days after it was listed. What made this feat even more remarkable was that the house had previously been on the market with another company for several months with virtually no interest.
