I had an excellent experience with Rupert during the buying process of my property. He answered every question I had for him and he knew the area well. This was handy for me as I was new to this area. He went above and beyond with requests from me and was more than happy to show me the property at times that suited me. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He kept me updated on progress, and asked a colleague of his to assist me whilst he was attending another client.
