I had the pleasure of selling our home with Ben & Serena which has been in our family for decades. It was a reluctant but necessary sale that required a lot of patience dealing with family members and hand holding through the process. We had added hiccups of insurance issues due to a neighbours house fire affecting a nearby fence, Ben & Serena were always patient, kind and were never ‘pushy’ to rush us. My Grandfather was the final decision maker and they were great with him. Took the time to sit with him and walk him through each step, explaining positives and negatives and reassuring him that the final choice was his.
