He was incredibly helpful, friendly, responsive and clear with his instructions and guidance throughout. As first home buyers, Ashrut made the process easy and as stress free as possible. Everything was done fast, with communication throughout and we ended up with our dream home! Not only that, but he gave us recommendations and contacts for work that needed doing - plus a lovely welcome home gift. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property. I had a great experience working with Nick during the purchase of my first home. Although he was the seller’s agent, he was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to help get the deal across the line. Communication was one of his biggest strengths. He kept both parties clearly informed at every stage, was always easy to reach by phone, and was proactive in following up and resolving matters before they became issues. His professionalism and ability to coordinate between everyone involved made the whole process much smoother. As a first-home buyer, I really appreciated the time he took to explain the process and educate me on things I was unfamiliar with. He was patient, transparent, and always willing to answer my questions. I also had a tight timeframe and wanted to move into the property as quickly as possible. He understood my situation and went the extra mile to coordinate everything and make the process work within my schedule. Overall, I’m very grateful for his support and effort. I have dealt with a lot of agents over the last 25 years and Ashrut has to be one of, if not the best agent I have dealt with. He gave me really good advice on how to prepare the property for sale and helped me throughout the entire preparation process. Once listed, he communicated really well about feedback from open homes, plan of action etc, and always being respectful and diligent.
