Find out what the locals have always known and loved about this little place… Just 14km from Auckland’s CBD, our village suburb has its own corner of the North Shore with the Waitemata Harbour wrapped around us. We have some of the best recreational facilities right here with the coastal walkway, a plethora of parks, beaches and reserves to choose from, tennis and squash courts, Bowls Club, and of course the famous Shephards Park which is home to the Birkenhead United Soccer Club. We have a diverse range of property available in Beach Haven, from the classic kiwi bungalow on a flat site, which are really popular with young families, to coastal masterpieces by well known architects like Ian Burrows. Waterfront property in Beach Haven is arguably the best value in Auckland and being on the harbour, there are many with their own jetty. Regan is more than an agent, she's a true advocate.

We couldn't recommend Regan more highly. She worked incredibly hard to help us secure our home, even though ours wasn't the highest offer. Hands down the best!

Regan is an absolute star and will only use her when purchasing another property. We purchased our property through her, and sadly had to sell only a year later. We chose her to sell as we had such a great experience using her services when buying. She outdid herself again on selling the property. She managed to sell our property incredibly fast, cost efficiently and for more than we bought it for. We've had family members use other agents, their home was listed months earlier and is still for sale now. Our home was listed and SETTLED within two months! If you don't choose Regan and her team, your missing out. Hands down the best in the business!

A fantastic guide for first home buyers :)

Buying our first home felt daunting, but David made the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free. His local knowledge was impressive and he was always happy to answer our many questions along the way. David was particularly helpful when it came to navigating the home inspection and builders reports; breaking everything down so we could make informed decisions. Communication was excellent throughout, he kept us updated at every stage and always followed through on what he said he would. We couldn't recommend David highly enough especially to anyone looking for someone patient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy in the industry.
