Agencies in Inch Clutha, Otago

We were especially pleased our property sale went without a hitch and the price was spot on. Adraian returned all our calls in a timely manner and came to us with the paper work. Thank you.

Adraian demonstrated excellent knowledge regarding selling my home. She was professional and followed through on everything discussed. She worked hard and successfully to sell my home on my behalf. Ray White you are fortunate to have someone like Adraian as part of your team. She is a great asset for your business. I didn't know what to expect and was nervous about selling my home. However Adraian took all that stress and did a superb job of selling my home. Thank you Adraian I would recommend you to anyone who is in the market to sell Suspect you are equally as skilled if assisting with purchasing a property too.

Really worked at the process with open homes. Kept us in the picture at all stages

Shani has been an awesome communicator regularly updating us on what has taken place during open homes. Has alleviated concerns that we had during the sale. Giving great advice on how to set the scene for the house photos and open homes. We found her to have a great sense of the market and set realistic expectations when it came to pricing allowing us to make informed choices ourselves, without setting us up to fail. Sharni never stepped out of her professional roll during negotiations. We never felt pressured either way to sell or not sell, and she checked in to make sure we were happy with the decision to sell without rushing us. We have certainly appreciated her as our real estate agent and would highly recommend her to future sellers. Great person and very pleasant to work with. Lesley and Mandy

Mel was the perfect agent to sell our home. At a time where we may have felt emotional and unsure Mel made sure we were comfortable and ready every step of the way! With an amazing result!

Really happy with buying through Mel. She was so easy to deal with and made it easy for us.
