Richard was calm, professional and helpful throughout the process. Great at keeping us up to date, always called us back in a timely manner and generally very helpful with his advice. This was beneficial to our consideration of the property in terms of both the property itself, buildings & land and local knowledge. Thank you for the sometimes a tad stressed out calls and support Richard.

Thank you Richard, you did more for my property in the 4 weeks you had it (and sold it) than the previous agent did in the 4 months they had it. Always kept me up to date, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with you. Highly recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We recently bought an OLD villa in Waihi through Professionals Waihi . The listing agent, Ríchard Jordan was initially a little reserved but soon 'opened up' and was an absolute delight to deal with. He was not only professional throughout the process but was very personable with a good sense of humour at the same time. Ríchard helped and guided us through the process without pressuring us and always responded to our requests promptly. Thank you Ríchard.

I found Richard was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the housing market and he is approachable, friendly, very knowledgeable and put me at ease during my difficult time of selling my brothers estate due to his death. I will definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling

I decided to use Richard's services because he used to help my friends to solve an issue and successfully bought a house in 2016. Richard not only provided me with a nice appraisal but also handled my concern well regarding the additional toilet without city council consent (I had a difficult time with my plumber, went to dispute tribunal and I won the case in 2017.) When my husband (in overseas) and I had a hard time deciding whether to take the buyer's offer or not. Richard gave us his professional comprehensive evaluation based on the current market feedback patiently. Most importantly, he knows how to achieve a win-win for both buyer and seller.

We found Richard to be a knowledgeable, very professional, sincere agent. His approach to selling our Lifestyle block was well considered, he also showed his awareness of how to get the best price from the market we were in, all communications were clear and accurate. We would have no hesitation in recommending Richard to anyone we knew . Also if we sell again we will definitely use Richard’s services again.

Richard was the perfect agent for elderly people. He had a quiet, respectful manner and was always professional. Richard’s communication was very good throughout the listing and sale experience. He appeared to understand the local market.

We found Richard to be very professional, good knowledge of the property he was marketing. Richard kept us up to date throughout the property purchase and was always available when contacted by telephone and to do property viewings to suit our time. Would be happy to do business with Richard again.

Richard is a very professional agent - teamed with a thoughtful approach on a personal level. He ensured that my husband and I were well informed at both purchase and sale of our property 7a Featon Road Waihi. His approach is friendly and caring and we would not hesitate to employ his services again. Best wishes to Richard for the future. Warm regards Jacqui and Stephen Keatley
