Richard managed to sell our waihi property at the worst of times. The sale took negotiation and Richard literally sold the property for us via communicating going back to an interested party and was proactive. Appreciated. Prices are not great but Richard did try to sell for us at a price we wanted for some time testing the market. It is sometimes better to go with a smaller brand and this was the case we potentially could have achived a faster sale but we were reluctant to let go pf such a good property in this market. We feel that we did do our best and Richard qas prepared to work through this with us. Good overall service and as we had already been referred with positive feedback we would certainly do the same. Totslly recommend professional and proactive.

we meet up with Steve too sell our property at Waihi, he got out his car and he said what a lovely place you have here and from there it's been so easy, he always kept us informed he has gone out his way to make sure we were comfortable at every stage of the sale. He went out of his way to help and advice in any way he could. We are very happy with him and Brigid, they both are very honest and very determined people thank you very much for all your hard work. We really liked working with Steve when looking at properties, and we viewed quite a few over a long period. Steve was always happy to arrange viewings to fit our schedule outside of open homes. We felt that the properties were honestly described with the pros and cons of each presented fairly.
