As a joint vendor I travelled to Waihi to meet Richard and discuss selling my mother's house. He was extremely helpful and professional in every respect, very knowledgeable about current market conditions and the best way to place it on the market. In agreement with the other vendor, we had no hesitation in placing it in his hands. We were both very pleased to see how quickly it was advertised and offers received. It was sold soon after and I know the buyer was pleased ; as they say. a win/win situation.

I can thoroughly recommend Richard whether you are purchasing or selling a property. The difficulty for Real Estate Agents is the fact that they are paid by the vendor to sell a property but also working with the buyer to purchase a property. Richard was honest and helpful at all times, offering advice and encouragement to help with the purchase while at the same time staying loyal to the vendor. He provided contacts for building inspections, the Mining Company and roofing contacts and encouraged me to find out as much as I needed to help with my purchasing decision without compromising his loyalty and obligation to the vendor. At no time did he hint at anything unprofessional regarding the vendor which many agents I have dealt with have done. This is very important to me and shows the calibre of his work ethic. His replies were prompt and he dealt with any problems I had. Even though I am purchasing through him I would be equally happy to sell a property through him in the future having experienced his work ethic. Thank you for everything Richard.
