Didn't understand the property he was selling enough, and was given the information from the vendors but didn't familiarise himself well enough so he couldn't answer the questions that were put to him. Was too quick in writing an offer off when the property was up for negotiation which led to the vendors taking the lead to try and get the deal done. Lacked any follow-up, and kept pushing other properties' values however none were relevant to this property so had blinkers on and was not open to trying to work with both parties on securing a deal. Had unrealistic values in his head to values, and when we first went to the office he gave a price guide for the property that was fine and we proceeded to view however when it came time to work with the agent trying to get the deal done he had other values that were over 500k higher than he originally indicated.
