Marketing and photos were fabulous.
I am delighted with the sale of my property. Bernadette has worked really hard on this. She listened to what I wanted and was obliging. Bernadette kept me updated with reports and communications after every open home. She recommended a staging company as I am not a resident in Mt Maunganui and did not know anyone to contact. I bought the townhouse of Bernadettes husband so am very pleased I was able to have Bernadette take on the sale.

Attended an open home for a property many times and found Devan very professional and followed up the following week every time. Even when I didn't attend he kept the communication up. Finally was able to make a successful offer and his professionalism was on point once again.... Would use Devan if I was to look at selling in the future... Highly Recommend him 100%.
