I have worked with Gary many times and did not regret utilising his services again this time. He has a great local knowledge gained over a lifetime living in the area. This is very helpful, along with his understanding of the market situation. Communication is a forte, and wether it is late in the day or weekend, you can rely on him getting the message through. Thanks again Gary.

Bernadette provided us with a brilliant experience from the point we started looking for a house to finding the perfect home and making a successful offer. She has been skilful, tactful and amazing all the way. We recommend her very highly.

Bernadette genuinely was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole buying process, and is in fact quite a legend! If the truth be known we had had a terrible time with other agents being unprofessional and deceitful for sometime prior, as we tried to buy multiple houses, but Bernadette's approach from the get-go was instantly different and refreshing. She showed a real passion/desire to support us as first time buyers in a turbulent market, and nothing was too much trouble. Bernadette posses bags of experience, has a lovely nature and a non confronting attitude, but boy does she know her stuff too!! We met at an open home (on a property we actually missed out on), but then Bernadette (without prompting) actually sourced a property that wasn't even on the market for us, a property we write this review from today - 'How cool and how rare is that in today's world'?! We are so grateful that we met Bernadette as she really has allowed us to find a property we love, and we will be forever indebted to her. To Bernadette personally - Thank you for all your knowledge, support, care and attention you truly are ''one in a million' and you must come round to see our progress with the house, meet Ellen's puppy and have a glass of champagne soon...... our door will always be open to you! xx Lots of Love James & Ellen x

Devan came highly recommended to me I have found him knowledgeable and caring His reports are detailed well and he has worked hard behind the scenes My home is on leasehold property in a village of which Devan had prior experience with. This made him the right agent for this property He had to work harder to bring the deal to a close due to events out of mine and his control I cant thank him enough Thanks again Devan

Gary Gore recently sold my sisters home in Bayfair. My sister before she died had spoken with Gary on occasions, his knowledge of the area and his demeanour impressed. She always said if I ever sell it will be Gary I would like to give an appraisal. We chose Gary over 2 very respected agents from other companies. He did not disappoint. His communication and attention to detail excellent. Highly recommend.
