Bernadette genuinely was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole buying process, and is in fact quite a legend! If the truth be known we had had a terrible time with other agents being unprofessional and deceitful for sometime prior, as we tried to buy multiple houses, but Bernadette's approach from the get-go was instantly different and refreshing. She showed a real passion/desire to support us as first time buyers in a turbulent market, and nothing was too much trouble. Bernadette posses bags of experience, has a lovely nature and a non confronting attitude, but boy does she know her stuff too!! We met at an open home (on a property we actually missed out on), but then Bernadette (without prompting) actually sourced a property that wasn't even on the market for us, a property we write this review from today - 'How cool and how rare is that in today's world'?! We are so grateful that we met Bernadette as she really has allowed us to find a property we love, and we will be forever indebted to her.
