First met Devan Feb 2025 during an open home I was later to buy. Explained my personal circumstances and budget. He could relate to this. My inital 2 offers were rejected by his vendors buy explained why rather than playing hard ball. A few weeks later he contacted me to re negotiate as his vendors had changed. This worked in my favour and also that of his vendors. Happy party's all round. While this was going on I saw another property which wasn't as good but still a contender. If it wasn't for the fact that agent stupidly killed the deal by trying to be clever. Total stark contrast to working with Devan. Lovely touch of a goody basket made the whole experience smooth. The moral compass has to be how you deal with people and Devan clearly hit north with me.
