Professional trustworthy agent.

Devan was very friendly, kind and easy to communicate with. His appraisal was well prepared and he consulted with me over any slight changes to our marketing strategy to ensure interest continued. Devan is reliable, he does what he says he will do and he has good knowledge of the Papamoa area. He kept me informed at all times and was well prepared with information for prospective buyers. His weekly sales reports were well diarised and informative. His dedication and endless commitment realized a sale to meet my expectations. I would recommend Devan to anyone selling or buying a property.
