Well managed sale from a distance with clear communication

Selling my house while living out of town could have been a lot more stressful than it was, but Scott did a solid job managing the process remotely. Communication was clear, and he kept things moving even when a few challenges came up along the way. I appreciated his effort, responsiveness, and ability to handle things on the ground in Tauranga while I was based in Christchurch. Thanks again for your help throughout the sale, Scott.

Devan is enthusiastic, and positive and listened to us.

Devan listened to us and and really understood our home. He tried different marketing, like changing open homes time and day and kept refreshing the marketing. He kept us very well informed with reports. It has been a pleasure to work with him and we got a positive result in 4 weeks.
