In my case, I think the negociation is quite complicated, one of reasons is vendors reside overseas a long time after they left NZ. That is a real challenge for agent to communicate what's going on and what will be like in NZ between us. Also, the size of contracts is in a large scale to both vendors and purchaser, intially there were a huge gap between expecations of each other but with KC's efforts and most importantly thanks to his expertise, everyone finds interests and benefits in common to realise a win-win situation. In addition, the negociation was executed smoothly although reaching agreement was really tough which reflects his experience and techniques are well established. The last but not the least, KC is a trustworthy professional and he is dedicated to his career and commitments. He is very diligent and responds to any queries or updates everyone no matter how late the day is or in the weekends. So the result is solid and satisfied to everyone.
