They made the process very simple and easy to follow using simple language that was understandable. They both walked us through the best options for selling the property. Practicable advice and experience were provided on how to present the house for sale, they checked-in multiple times on progress of the decluttering. Michelle and Rod went above and beyond in providing props for the final staging at no cost. They used many aspects of marketing to attack a number of potential purchasers, including an extensive list of potential purchasers from the very first meeting. Super helpful right to the end of the process and selling in less than 4 weeks from listing. They both communicated clearly, efficiently and were on top of any developments in the selling of the house.
