Michelle was friendly, warm with a bright smile at our first open home. My husband approached her to get the ball rolling the same afternoon we viewed Thorne Place. She was amazing at communication and broke things down in a more simple term when I didn't understand. She had an amazing poker face when we were accepted with our offer as the look on her face, I didnt believe we got it.
