Kelvin is an excellent communicator. He went to Avondale College and knew the local area, which is one of the key reasons why I selected him to sell my unit in Avondale. I felt well informed and confident in his advice. He was professional, approachable and went above and beyond to get me a good result - including sorting the staging, picking up curtains, private viewings for those who were unable to make the public viewing times, contacting other agents in the area and offering conjunctional deals. We couldn’t recommend the Pt Chev Professionals team highly enough. They helped us both buy our new home and sell our existing home, and their support throughout the whole process was exceptional. What really stood out was their ability to make things happen and get deals across the line. Having them involved on both sides of our move made the transaction all come together. Their speed and responsiveness were exceptional. We went conditional on our new house at 5pm on a Friday, and by Sunday night their team was at our existing house taking photos. Our house was listed by the following Tuesday. The turnaround was incredibly impressive, particularly given how quickly everything needed to come together. They genuinely work around the clock and were always responsive to calls and texts whenever we needed them. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble and they were highly professional and easy to deal with. They even went above and beyond by letting us store our boat on some of their spare land while our house was on the market - a small gesture that made a big difference to us. Derek and Matt are proactive, hardworking, super responsive and great people to have in your corner. We’re so grateful for everything they did to help us get both deals across the line and would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.

Preparing our home for sale felt like a huge job, but Derek, Matt and their Concierge Team made the whole process incredibly easy. They organised quotes for everything we needed, including painting, repairs, curtains, electrical work, gardening, cleaning, staging and more. They then put together a schedule, booked the trades and coordinated everything on our behalf. What could have been weeks of stress and chasing different people was simply taken care of for us. The difference to the presentation of our home was incredible, and we went to market feeling completely confident we had given ourselves the best possible chance of achieving a great result. Freya and the Concierge Service were genuinely one of the most valuable parts of the entire selling process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of selling. As for the sales process, we were well supported by Matt and Derek the whole way through. We definitely recommend the team.
