Mike was a tremendous help in selling my property, from our initial meeting to the end, Mike kept me informed every step of the way. My property was tenanted and Mike did all the arrangement with the tenant for the open homes (not easy as the tenant worked shifts). He really went above and beyond to ensure the property looked great inside and out as I am an out of town seller. Within a few weeks I received 2 offers. Mike kept in contact with me throughout the contract period until settlement. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone who is selling or wanting to buy, you know exactly what to expect, honesty and straight forward talking goes a long long way in my book.
