Another great experience with Brad
Brad was the agent for the property when we purchased it in 2019 and we rated our experience with him so highly that we knew if we went to sell we would seriously consider him again. Happy to report he has exceeded our expectations with the sale of our home this time around. His professionalism, the effort he put in to the marketing, and the constant communication we received throughout made the sale process exceptionally seamless for us, even despite the unpredictability of the current market. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brad to anyone in future.

Having bought the house off Bradley eight years ago at the time of sale, had no hesitation to offer it to him for re-sale. He marketed it very well with good sound advice and assisted with very reliable contacts to assist in presenting it excellently both exterior and internally. His feedback from Open Homes was very knowledgeable and informative and quickly advised upon each viewing. He has an extensive long term experience in the local real estate field to guide and judge pricing in the open market suited to the economical times of today. He made himself available at all times to very small queries to offer peace of mind over the period I have known him, and that ensures trustworthiness. His commitment to real estate is very genuine as he is as a person. I would truly recommend him.
