We have both bought and sold through Bradley and have had always had an exceptional experience. Bradley’s professionalism and knowledge of the Dunedin market is second to none. He went above and beyond to help us achieve the result with our house sale that we were hoping for. We could not recommend him more highly to anyone looking to buy or sell in Dunedin

Working w/ Bradley has been awesome. He made things simple and easy for us as first home buyers. Information was at the ready for us when requested and he was more than happy to work in times for us to view/inspect. Quick communication was a relief; weren’t left in the dark about anything. Would recommend to buyers and sellers. Thank you Bradley :)

For two young blokes looking to buy their first house with no real knowledge of the market, Brad went above and beyond our expectations. He helped us find the property with the key attributes we highlighted. His purchase process made it stress-free and easy to deal with. Strong communication throughout. Would recommend to others.

I am so lucky to have Stephen and Jacqui as not only my Real Estate Agents but also my son & daughter-in-law. There was never any question about whom I would use as my agent. They have been amazing, great with updates on progress and keeping everything on track. After thirty years of being here it was time to downsize - a prospect that was somewhat daunting. What could have been a very stressful time has gone incredibly smoothly and I am now totally content in my new home. Thanks Stephen & Jacqui - you've been wonderful.

Bradley was excellent to deal with. Right from the beginning he listened to our ideals and kept pushing for any potential sale. He is very communicative, professional and understanding at a time you are selling your biggest asset.

Bradley was great from our initial meeting to when the sale was made official. Bradley bought a positive outlook throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend Bradley's services and professionalism to anyone to is selling their home in the current market.

Jacqui was recommended to me by a friend. Jacqui came to our home and discussed the process of putting the house on the market. 5 minutes after the first open home I had a call from Jacqui on the update and interest in the property. We were well informed on private viewings and weekly updates. Overall we were exceptionally happy with Johnson realty.

When we made an offer on our dream family home, Jacqui didn't blink twice when we told her we had two properties to sell, in order to be able to buy the home we had always wanted. We chose Jacqui to sell our properties and she guided us through the process, with great communication, so we were always up to date. It was a very hard time to sell property, as it seemed like daily the property market was losing traction. However, despite the market, Jacqui got the job done after some fragile negotiations. We thank her for her patience and hard work. We are so happy we were able to work with her, and we recommend her to anyone wanting to sell a home or two.

I like Mike. He is very easy to relate to. Very knowledgeable. With his background in building he is able to point out and is very willing to help with sorting out things that might affect a sale. Thank you.

Although we are not from Dunedin, the stress of purchasing a suitable home here was made less by dealing with Bradley Lee. We walked into One Agency in Maori Hill on a Friday and gave them details of what we were after and found what we wanted on Sunday! Too easy. Good communication was a key in this purchase and we found Bradley did this well. He had sound knowledge of the house and the area. Would totally recommend him if looking to purchase in Dunedin and you are new to the area.
