We have dealt with Jacqui as both vendors and purchasers, and found her excellent to work with in both circumstances. She was extremely helpful in guiding us through our first home purchase, and then successfully sold our house in a challenging market. Jacqui is professional, reliable, and able to provide good advice based on her extensive experience. She is also personable, warm, and very easy to communicate with. Having Jacqui as our agent took a lot of the stress out of the process, and we were really happy with the outcome. We couldn't recommend her more highly.

Sandra has always been very honest in her advice. We purchased our property through Sandra and trusted her when we came to sell due to relocation. The market when we came to sell was a very different market from when we bought but she gave us sound advice and achieved the best sale in difficult market conditions. Would definitely recommend Sandra, honest and realistic advice.

Jacqui was great from the start and was helpful when we decided to make an offer rather last minute for our house. As we were inexperienced it was a great to have someone help overlook some of the finer details of the offer and to make sure we had the opportunity to put our best offer forward. The whole buying process has been relatively simplistic for us due to the professional conduct & communication through out as Jacqui had given us plenty of notice, for anything that could be problematic. We've been grateful to have Jacqui as the property agent for this sale. Thank you.

Having bought our house from Jacqui over ten years before, she kept in regular contact over the intervening years just to check in. This sort of service is very rare, and when we came to select an agent to sell, the choice was obcvious.

Selling a property always has its stresses and emotional upheaval.I chose to use Jacquie Johnston to sell my family home of 21 years as I knew that she would be great to work with as I bought the property from her all those years ago and was kind and helpful at that time when I was the buyer and her and her husband went the extra mile for us. Jacquie was as kind and helpful this time as she was all those years ago .She made the selling process very smooth and straightforward .She was patient and gentle with me as I negotiated the complexities and stress around putting your home in the public arena. Jacquie is a very authentic and compassionate person and these qualities were important to me when putting my dearly beloved historic cottage up for sale .I found the open home process especially easy which I didn't anticipate as she managed it all so well and I especially enjoyed the small but warm touches of fresh free range eggs or produce from her own garden left for me in the fridge after each open home. I would throughly recommend Jacquie for her professional skills combined with warmth, kindness and her ability to be real with her clients .Thank-you Jacquie.

We bought our home 12 years ago through Jacqui which we have just recently sold. There was never a question over who we would use to sell when the time came. Lovely to deal with every step of the way throughout what can be a stressful process. We have no hesitation in recommending The Johnstons to anyone looking at buying or selling. Can't do 25 stars so 5 stars will have to do 😁.

This is the 3rd house Jacqui has sold for me, all 3 times she has been incredibly supportive and gotten us the outcome we'd hoped for. With the market being so uncertain this time, we weren't expecting a quick sale. However, Jacqui managed to get our house under offer less than 2 weeks after going on the market. Her communication is outstanding. She was always keeping us in the loop, offering suggestions and the support was always there. Jacqui is the only agent I'll ever use for selling any future houses. We appreciate you so much Jacqui. Thankyou for everything!

Jacqui is the best and professional agent we have ever seen. We appreciate her presale appraisal and she gave us the right pricing suggestions. So our house sold in three weeks, its quick than we imaging during the sluggish housing market.

I delt with Rhys when I first purchased my wee home and I can say he is truly an agent for the person he is representing, which is the seller. And that's what you want when trying to get the best price for your home. He is knowledgeable about the local area market and tells you what the needs are for a quick and profitable sale. I don't have reference for business sales, but as a home real estate agent I was left feeling very well represented.

Despite the market being in free fall, Jacqui managed to find us a keen buyer for our niche property. Would I use Jacqui again ? - Yes. She provided competent marketing knowledge, tireless energy and persistence.
