Jacquie was as kind and helpful this time as she was all those years ago .She made the selling process very smooth and straightforward .She was patient and gentle with me as I negotiated the complexities and stress around putting your home in the public arena. Jacquie is a very authentic and compassionate person and these qualities were important to me when putting my dearly beloved historic cottage up for sale .I found the open home process especially easy which I didn't anticipate as she managed it all so well and I especially enjoyed the small but warm touches of fresh free range eggs or produce from her own garden left for me in the fridge after each open home. I delt with Rhys when I first purchased my wee home and I can say he is truly an agent for the person he is representing, which is the seller. And that's what you want when trying to get the best price for your home. He is knowledgeable about the local area market and tells you what the needs are for a quick and profitable sale. I don't have reference for business sales, but as a home real estate agent I was left feeling very well represented.

We hired Rhys to sell our crib at Long Beach and he and Sara went way beyond the call of duty for us. They are easy to work with, great communicators and most importantly, got our crib onto the market quickly and professionally. We had a ridiculous amount of interest which translated to many offers and ultimately a very good sale to a great buyer. They handled everything with the utmost care and attention to detail, from our initial meeting to the final paperwork. I couldn't recommend him more!
