I delt with Rhys when I first purchased my wee home and I can say he is truly an agent for the person he is representing, which is the seller. And that's what you want when trying to get the best price for your home. He is knowledgeable about the local area market and tells you what the needs are for a quick and profitable sale. I don't have reference for business sales, but as a home real estate agent I was left feeling very well represented.

We hired Rhys to sell our crib at Long Beach and he and Sara went way beyond the call of duty for us. They are easy to work with, great communicators and most importantly, got our crib onto the market quickly and professionally.
