My house was sold quickly with the minimum amount of fuss and with only two open homes. For that I am grateful for the time and effort Shay put in to make this happen. I found him to be pleasant in manner and professional in his presentation. My only concern was that there were a few times I did contact him by cell phone and did leave a message but no reply was forthcoming. Available and keen up front, very eager to get a contract. Worked hard to bring the parties together to secure contract. After sale average - had to take my own sign down, not even a sold sticker applied although was one on website eventually. Wasn't aware (or forgot) settlement had been brought forward. Was friendly, outgoing, with good sense of humour.
