Alex is a consummate professional. From our first encounter with him at the open home for the house we ended up purchasing, he was friendly, attentive and made the process on the purchaser side stress-free. He gave measured advice, treated us fairly and was prompt and knowlegable with his ongoing communication throughout the process. Beryl always returned calls promptly, found tradespeople to assist us where needed, gave great and realistic suggestions on staging, and communication was clear and punctual every step of the way.
