Available and keen up front, very eager to get a contract. Worked hard to bring the parties together to secure contract. After sale average - had to take my own sign down, not even a sold sticker applied although was one on website eventually. Wasn't aware (or forgot) settlement had been brought forward. Was friendly, outgoing, with good sense of humour.

About 2 years before we bought our house in the market, we had talked to a few realtors about the idea of selling, if anything, it put us off. So many companies only cared about the money, their percentage, what they could gain from our sale, so we held off. When the idea arose again, word of mouth bought us to contact Denise. One meeting it took for us to know she was the right lady for our sale. She had passion, charisma, knowledge and…did not care about what she could gain ($$). Our house took abit longer than we anticipated to sell, due to the high volume of competition as well as our particular area was known for flooding, putting people off. But, every week she reassured us that it would sell. We were really grateful for this because I had heard of people left in the lurch with what is happening with their sale. But Denise ensured we were up to date every step of the way which made the experience a lot less stressful. In the end, we did sell. I truely don’t think we would have been able to get what we got or even just sell in general without Denise. I would highly recommend her.
