Wow, Beryl was there every step of the way and extremely supportive. She really lived up to the companies name 'Total Property Solutions', there was a quick solution to any bump in the road, the sale went so smoothly, we were updated all the time as the listing and sale progressed. I highly recommend Beryl, a great listener, kind, supportive, informative and someone who gets things done! Note, this was all done during the Xmas and New Year period when many are on holiday. Listed and sold within a 6 week period including the 3 weeks when most were on holiday.
