Our experience with Nick was flawless. His communication is phenomenal, he’s always going the extra mile to make sure he is clued up on everything, and never made us feel like we are bugging him. He took me to at least 50 private viewings until we found the perfect house, after selling our home. Would highly highly recommend him. You will not be just another buyer to him. He is genuinely there for his clients 24/7 (he even left a movie with his family at 8pm to help us negotiate with vendors on our new property. Which I found out the next day)

My partner and I were purchasing our first house which can be a daunting experience and we certainly felt out of our depth. We had been to a few open homes and came across a house we quite liked, without knowing how to go about making an offer. Nick kindly spent his time walking us through the process and making us feel at ease about the ins and outs of making offers. From there we made offers on a few and Nick kept us up to date with listings as well as organising times that suit us to see houses(Saves trawling through open homes all weekend!). I would highly recommend Nick as he is just a straight up guy and helps you through every step without making you feel uneasy, hes an agent who actually feels genuine and wants whats best for you but will help you understand both sides of the real estate market. We have now purchased our first home thanks to him and we will definitely use him in the future if we move or upgrade!

For me, securing a loan for relocation was conditional on the sale of the property, and with Nick's prudent guidance, an offer was accepted during the first open home weekend. This was the best possible outcome given the pre-approval condition of a sale, and meant that I could continue with a purchase and relocation outside the Waikato. I appreciate Nick's professionalism, knowledge and transparency throughout every aspect of the sale process. Nick Earney has been the best real estate agent ever! He has been a massive help with our first home purchase from start to finish, right from sending us listings of interest according to our criteria, organising private viewings that suited our difficult schedules, and giving us advice on how to present our offers. He goes above and beyond to help his clients, and understands the property market really well. He responds quickly to calls and emails, even in the late evening, and is not pushy to make the sale like some real estate agents can be.
