When initially listing this place, I thought it was going to be a struggle selling a townhouse in a slow market. But things happened fairly quickly. Jamie and team made the process very easy from start to finish with excellent communication and as a seller, that's exactly what you want. I've purchased a few properties before and have never thought of enlisting the help of an agent. It's as simple as looking at a few properties then putting in an offer! But this man with his knowledge/network knows what coming to the market and was able to share that.
