Excellent
As an ex agent myself I was very impressed with Jamie's listing presentation and market knowledge I live in Auckland and had no idea on Hamilton market when my father in law decided to come and live with us (he is 90) we entrusted Jamie to look after the Sale. His professionalism and compassion towards Kevin was outstanding ! Thank you Jamie and team I would highly recommend you to anyone wanting to sell !!!!!

knowledgeable and professional
Great service, Jamie was very professional, knowledgeable of the market and well experienced. Straight forward with communications, updates us regularly, replies to our messages promptly. It was a smooth process considering we were overseas! sale price was a bit below initial expectations because when we started discussing selling the market was up then it went down. We adjusted and priced it instead of auction. Jamie and Lugton managed to sell it quickly within our desired timing - which is fantastic.

The best Agent we have ever dealt with.
Nick Earney is astute, professional, efficient, a great communicator and a genuinely nice bloke to deal with. We were non-locals tasked with selling a property in really poor condition. Nick was unfazed by the state of the property. He went over and above to help (which made a real difference as we were out of town). The property sold quickly for more than we had anticipated. (And sold for significantly more than was suggested by the other agents we had shown the property to, prior to appointing Nick). He is the best agent we have ever dealt with, and we are delighted with the result he achieved.

You wont Regret choosing this man
Nick has been absolutely fantastic the whole way through our buying process, being we were first home buyers we always had so many questions about the process and nick was always there to answer our calls and texts, he is very Knowledgeable and a great communicator. Emma and I would have to reschedule viewings and meetings from time to time and Nick was always very accommodating. We now have our dream first home and if it wasn't for Nick guiding us it would have been super stressful process. if your Looking for an agent, buying or selling then Nick is your man! we can't recommend him enough.

Nick was phenomenal with helping us buy. He took me to at least 50 private viewings and he always did his research on each property in depth before we went. He always goes above and beyond with everything he does and never makes you feel like you are a annoying. (Even though I definitely was) would highly highly recommend Nick

Always Goes Above and Beyond
Our experience with Nick was flawless. His communication is phenomenal, he’s always going the extra mile to make sure he is clued up on everything, and never made us feel like we are bugging him. He took me to at least 50 private viewings until we found the perfect house, after selling our home. Would highly highly recommend him. You will not be just another buyer to him. He is genuinely there for his clients 24/7 (he even left a movie with his family at 8pm to help us negotiate with vendors on our new property. Which I found out the next day)

Straight up, friendly and helpful!
My partner and I were purchasing our first house which can be a daunting experience and we certainly felt out of our depth. We had been to a few open homes and came across a house we quite liked, without knowing how to go about making an offer. Nick kindly spent his time walking us through the process and making us feel at ease about the ins and outs of making offers. From there we made offers on a few and Nick kept us up to date with listings as well as organising times that suit us to see houses(Saves trawling through open homes all weekend!). I would highly recommend Nick as he is just a straight up guy and helps you through every step without making you feel uneasy, hes an agent who actually feels genuine and wants whats best for you but will help you understand both sides of the real estate market. We have now purchased our first home thanks to him and we will definitely use him in the future if we move or upgrade!
