For me, securing a loan for relocation was conditional on the sale of the property, and with Nick's prudent guidance, an offer was accepted during the first open home weekend. This was the best possible outcome given the pre-approval condition of a sale, and meant that I could continue with a purchase and relocation outside the Waikato. Nick Earney has been the best real estate agent ever! He has been a massive help with our first home purchase from start to finish, right from sending us listings of interest according to our criteria, organising private viewings that suited our difficult schedules, and giving us advice on how to present our offers. He goes above and beyond to help his clients, and understands the property market really well. He responds quickly to calls and emails, even in the late evening, and is not pushy to make the sale like some real estate agents can be.
