Excellent agent, local to the area and knows her stuff
From the very start, she was fantastic, easy to talk to and understands the market, whatever she said she would do, she did it, gave us great feedback and was realistic about what we could achieve. It was a very trying market and she came through with the sale, now we can move on with our lives and a new family can enjoy the lovely location and the community in the area. Paula's whole team was great, Dave and Courtney were excellent on the correspondence. Would we sell a home with Paula and her team again....YES absolutely, we highly recommend her.

House Sale
We had the most amazing experience selling with Del. My parents were selling their house after 50 years due to having to move in to a retirement village and full time hospital care. It was really important to have somebody that was empathetic to the situation, but driven enough to make our sale as stress free as possible. I would definitely use Del again if we needed an estate agent

Couldn’t have asked for a better couple to work alongside. Del and Josh knew every answer to our question and was always there through the whole process. Communication was 10/10, could always count on them to reply when needed. They made buying a house fun and exciting and were both easy to relate too. Such a fun and friendly couple. We are so glad we walked into 18 Turutu place and met them both, and had them guide us through buying our first home. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Great experience
We had a flyer with Del's details in the letterbox at just the right time of our decision to sell. When we met at the house she was very helpful concerning presentation for open homes, very knowledgeable on pricing in the area, kept us informed on interest of buyers and sold the property at a higher price than it was listed, with in 2 weeks of it going on the market. Del was a wonderful person to deal with and we would recommend anybody selling, contact Del Bredesen.
