To be selling a property for the first time when the market wasn’t strong was daunting especially not knowing much about the sale process and not having a very good experience with the agent who we purchased the property with. Del and Josh were recommended by a friend and after meeting with them for the first time we felt completely at ease. They handled everything including a professional photographer and videographer which helped out property really stand out in the market. Their knowledge and enthusiasm along with their strategy on taking our property to market I truly believe is what ultimately gave us the successful outcome with the sale. Through the whole process they were always proactive and transparent with communication and feedback regarding the campaign. I cannot thank them or recommend them highly enough! They are both very professional at what they do but more very genuine and personable which I feel is all you could ask for in agents. From the very beginning Jamie was excellent, he is great with communication, honest and genuinely cares about getting a good result for you as his clients. He helped us set realistic expectations for our sale and talked us through some improvements we could make to achieve a better sale price. When it came to negotiating Jamie took charge and lead us through the unknowns, he was also there any time of day to answer queries or concerns over call or text. He has some great connections in the industry, which helped us to get last minute things sorted promptly and at a really affordable price. Couldn’t rate him any higher.
