Passionate Agent
Cory was recommended to us by a friend in Stratford. We wanted to sell our rental quick and we needed someone who was going to take on the difficult task, especially as we had a tenant. He was super knowledgeable in regards to way the rental laws worked as he owns one himself. This was amazing, as I could ask questions and he would give me honest answers. When it came to selling the house he wasn't sure about the area as there was nothing in the area that had been sold recently. He took it upon himself to meet with the tenant , explain the selling situation and come to an agreement, along with doing amazing videoing and marketing. I was super worried that we weren't going to have anyone come and look at the house. Our first open home went so well! I was soo surprised! We ended up with two offers and decided to go with the buyer who we thought would love our home in the end. Cory worked so hard back and forth with negotiation and getting quotes with us, he defiantly went over and beyond my expectations with the selling of our rental. The process was extremely quick and easy, just what I needed in these stressful times. The best bit was that Cory was sooo chill! Plus we could banter with each other, made the relationship between us worth it! I'd 100% recommend Cory to anyone selling their home or rental, he is worth the investment!
