Melissa was absolutely fantastic to deal with. As a first time buyer, she went to every effort to accommodate what I needed, and made my life — and the purchase — so easy and enjoyable! It felt like a very smooth process and everything moved like clockwork. She was an awesome go-to between me and the vendors, and she was so quick, too! She gave a very strong sense of integrity and was incredibly personable and warm. I thought she did a great job of marketing the home (it clearly worked) and removing any roadblocks I as a buyer had. Not that I plan to buy anytime soon, but if I do, I know that with Melissa I'll be communicating with a straight-talking, honest agent.

Anya and Ben did a brilliant job of selling our house. They were professional, detail-oriented and well-organised from the get-go, and did an excellent job of walking us through the whole process. Communication was strong throughout - it all felt very calm, and at no stage were we left questioning what was going on. They were also fantastic at following up with prospective buyers, understanding where they were at and working with that. They're both lovely people to deal with on a human level as well.
