Positive experience
Harriet was terrific. She promptly responded to all my queries in both a friendly and professional manner. Her positive attitude and helpfulness was probably a major factor in my choosing the 7 Kilmister Avenue property.

Awesome and effective!
Although I didn't actually meet Mat in person until after an offer was made on my property, communication by phone and WhatsApp was simple. Mat kept me up to date on everything that was happening, he was always bright, positive, professional. easy to contact and responded promptly to any queries or comments I had. I couldn't have asked for a more stress free or successful experience!

Karori house purchase
Clare was fantastic throughout, a good listener who understood what we were looking for and was tenacious in her efforts to find us the right house. When we did find a house we were interested in, she made sure that we tested options so that we knew putting in an offer would be the right thing to do. Simply the best!
Clare was the agent for the first open home I visited. I’d only just started house-hunting and hadn’t yet done my homework on buying a house. Clare helpfully put me in touch with a mortgage broker and solicitor, and I was able to make an offer on the house she was listing. After missing out on that house, Clare looked out for other homes that might suit my budget and needs. Within a few days, she took me to view 54 South Karori Road. She once more helped me through the offer process, and was excellent with keeping me updated and supported during the negotiation phase. It was simply the best to get her call to say my offer had been accepted! In a matter of weeks Clare took me from being an inexperienced house- hunter, to a home-owner. She is committed, honest, genuine and highly knowledgeable. Clare is a true professional who does her best for both the vendor and buyer. People who hear about my house buying experience with Clare have been consistently amazed. I cannot recommend Clare enough.

A genuine guy and hugely knowledgeable Real Estate Agent
We met Tom a couple of years ago and instantly liked him. His down to earth personality, great advice, as well as patience and perseverance over that time, has been much appreciated. If it wasn't for Tom, we'd never have just bought our new home - thanks to him really listening to what was important to us in a house, he spotted our perfect home in a suburb we hadn't considered. Mat is a professional in his field. His friendly attitude makes the while experience easier, less stress and smooth flowing. We have dealt with other agents but I can stress that those from Lowe and Co. are the best. They present themselves and the house they are selling completely- as in documents, reports and everything you need to know about the house are available. Overall experience is perfect from the time we enquired about the house until the handover on settlement day. Keep up the good work Mat! All the best.

Mat took the time to listen and understand our needs as a seller. He managed the high interest from buyers in a way that was unobtrusive for us and respectful of our space and routines. As well as excellent proactive communication, he was responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout the process. The friendly and authentic support we received both from Matt and the experienced and knowledgeable team at Lowe & Co that he is part of gave us a high degree of trust that was ultimately reflected in a great outcome for us and a remarkably stress-free and fun experience.
