From our first meeting we were taken with Erin's happy and caring personality. She followed that with good research and communication about how the process would work and what we might expect. We were kept very well informed as the marketing progressed. It was good to hear numbers of viewings and the comments made and Erin always seemed confident that we would achieve the best result. She did a great job negotiating the sale and it was a result that both parties were happy with. We are very grateful to her.

The photos of our property were well presented and a true representation of the whole property and room to room profile. Our house was marketed well on line in newspapers.We had a number of private viewings and open homes and were always given plenty of notice.

Bethany was very thoughtful and well organised about everything to do with the sale of our family property. She communicated well and in a timely fashion giving us proper notice of open homes and private viewings. She also passed on feedback on anything that needed to be looked at.
