Wayne was incredibly helpful. I'm an immigrant, and the process and terms are completely different to what I knew. Most agents make all kinds of assumptions about what you might already know -- but Wayne took the time to walk me through every bit of the process. He's also an amazing network-er: I found I needed a new mortgage broker as the process started to get serious. He knew just the person to get me in touch with. I cannot sing Wayne's praises enough: He's an honest guy who is interested in getting a house sold.

I really appreciated how Wayne kept me in the loop while I was selling my house. Whenever he brought someone through, he would contact me afterwards and let me know how the visit went.
