I liked Sheryl as a person for her perceptive comments which I never felt as a "hard sell". Always helpful and supportive to me in purchasing a home in NZ as an Australian unfamiliar with the process. I thought Sheryl was great and would definitely look for her again or recommend her.

Right from the day we bought our property as an investment, Sheryl was someone we knew we could trust. As we were from out of town, Sheryl introduced us to many of the trades we needed and periodically checked in on the property. When it came time to sell agan, the decision to use her again was very simple and, true to form, she also arranged to get the little things done that were needed to allow us to present the property in it best condition. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Stephen and his team at LJHooker Oamaru approached the marketing of my property with local experience a can do attitude and were fantastic with communication. Stephen is a legion in Oamaru and I was happy he chose to sell my property for me .He understood me and went out of his way to be as hepfull as possible towards me as was a difficult experience for me leading up to the marketing of the property and being located out of the district he undertook things above and beyond. Would highly recommend his company to anyone looking at both selling as in my case or purchasing realestate in the aera.
