Good at communicating and returning calls/txt.Was never over powering and a nice casual demeanor,and also offered other private services after the possession date. Our only disappointment whether it being agent issue or lawyers was at time of deposit failing to understand insurance information to deposit on due date.

Stephen has a great knowledge of real estate and understanding of people. From the first meeting you know he is working for you. Everything in regard to selling a property is covered well and it is like there is a template - meaning the process runs like clockwork and nothing is missed. Stephen's team work exactly as that - a team. Communication from the team is exceptional. The process from beginning to the end is without flaw; the appraisal, the photography, the advertising, the reporting, the viewings, the paperwork, and then the sale. Stephen's depth of knowledge of the industry means he is also able to give advice about all aspects of buying and selling a property. But above all else, I believe Stephen (and his team) to be trustworthy and of high integrity. Stephen sold a property of mine 4 years ago. After that experience I did not consider going anywhere else when I decided to sell again.
