Me and my wife spontaneously decided to look at houses one weekend, with absolutely no intentions on actually buying as we had just had our first child which was only 3 weeks old at the first open home. We somehow fall in love with the very first property we found. Trista was very accommodating with organizing and arranging additional times for us to see the property and allow my Mother to come visit who would also be making the move with us. The whole process was made extremely easy for us, which it had to be to work around our new addition and answered the million and one questions we had along the way. Great Job Trista!

Our experience buying 21 Sretlaw St and working with Cherish Thom to purchase the property was very good. We found Cherish helpful and informative about the property. We did not commit straight away to the purchase of this property and when Cherish knew what we were looking for she was good at suggesting other options. When we were ready Cherish was very good at making time for further visits to the home and patiently worked with us. Then capably assisted us with the purchasing contract.

Trista made the whole experience of selling the house seem so easy. Right from the first meeting we all felt like we had the right person for the job. The professionalism and compassion she showed us through the process due to the circumstances with our aunty made us all so comfortable and at ease. Trista organised all of the subcontractors which were needed for repairs i.e. plumbers electricians etc. As we were all from out of town and had no idea who would be best for the job, she took all of that stress and worry and organised it all for us. If the situation ever arose where we needed to sell or purchase another house, would not think twice about contacting Trista to work on our behalf.
