Originally from the UK, Richard and his family moved to New Zealand and Dunedin in 2010 and they are immensely proud to call the best little city in New Zealand home. Since arriving here, Richard, his wife, kids and grandkids have spent a wealth of time exploring Dunedin, and the wider South Island, and he has seen his interest in the property market, and the amazing diversity of properties available, grow with each passing year.
