Was extremely easy liaising with Amelia on the property. As out of town buyers making the move to Dunedin her wider knowledge of the market and the city itself was appreciated and gave us confidence in the purchase. We had to sell one of our property at short notice nearing the last two months of the year. Kay was a Dunedin based Agent whom I had met through house hunting years ago and whom I had identified as a very professional, honest and very helpful person. Daryl Siggleko ("Daryl") was recommended to me by Kay Lucas who was no longer based in Dunedin. After meeting Daryl who seemed to have alot of traits similar with Kay's, I decided to go with Daryl and I never regretted doing so. Daryl always have an upbeat cheerful demeanor, was very clear in communication and advice at the same time listening to our expectations (a "straight talker" like myself). He was very pro-active from the word go. Daryl: -Offered relevant latest info on property valuation and recommended approach/options to fast process of sale that I was looking for. Together, Daryl and I worked out the whole sale approach and process that would be best for our property in that particular timing of the year. Daryl put in a lot of efforts to include as many private viewings too (before the first targetted Open House Viewing; this gained my respect of his commitment. -Made Suggestions and gave much help (linking and arranging for required Tradies' services, and at times supervising) were given on matters that should be done to our property to ensure good Viewing results in shortest time in year end festive period. -Delivered on his assurance to kept in touch daily (viewings and ensured two way communication with me. This made the sale so much less stressful and kept us fully and positively focussed on achieving targetted sale. Daryl is now firmly listed as my "Property Agent to go to". He is someone (and a friend) whom I will use for my family as well as good friends. I take this opportunity to thank Daryl for his recent 5Star service to my family; a sale which was achieved despite some complicatios and prevailing market conditions.
