I was quite indecisive about listing my house, wondering whether it was the right decision and/or the right time, however Trista was always available whenever I needed to talk my options through, always offering support and encouragement with whatever I was thinking at the time, providing useful information on the market and sales information to help me with my decision and i finally took the plunge and listed my house. Was a great decision! Trista was fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough of her. Nothing was a problem! She kept me fully informed regularly throughout the whole process, while also keeping me up to date with what the market was doing at the time (as my listing was close to christmas!) which helped me manage my expectations around price and timelines. Trista has a relaxed and friendly manner and gets things done without any fuss. She was also very supportive and encouraging while negotiating the offers. Trista came prepared with data and knowledge of the local market, and with energy and oomph which set her apart from other agents I met with. As an out of town seller, I relied on her for all selling needs including staging, checking the house after a wet weather event, and a few other things and she did it all. Comms after each open home were probably a bit slower than I would have liked but i did get a once a week update rather than a after every open home update ( I think we had 2-3 open homes per week). Easy and quick sale at auction - I’m not an auction fan so she helped me through that hesitancy and it worked for me in the end.

Purchasing my first home was a bit of a nerve racking experience as there are many hurdles to jump over and plenty of things to learn. However with working with Trista it made it a whole lot easier on me. Trista is very knowledgeable with all the bits and pieces, aswell as a brilliant communicator for both parties, ( answering all calls and questions late into the evening) If you are looking at selling your house, i would highly recommend Trista!! 😃
